ShorelineTech acts only as a data processor and will never sell, share, or claim ownership of your Customer Data.
You are solely responsible for ensuring:

Your use of Customer Data complies with privacy and marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR)
6. Subscription Plans & Payments
ShorelineTech offers subscription-based access to the Service.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Failed payments may result in suspended access.
We may update pricing with notice.
7. Cancellation & Termination
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the current billing period ends.
Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Your use of those services is governed by their respective Terms, and ShorelineTech is not responsible for:
